So, this is me.
By title, I am a history teacher, wife, and a native Californian.
By heart, I am a reader, avid researcher, wannabe New Englander, often too-blunt oversharer, and lover of all things food. I’d like to think I know a little about a lot of things, but know I probably don’t know enough about most things.
I’ve been following a gluten-free (and mostly grain- and processed-food-free) diet for over four years. I’ll be sharing my experience in living gluten-free and probably sharing a lot more less interesting stories about my life as I go. Hopefully you’ll find some of it useful, or, at the very least, mildly entertaining.
